How will attendees be able to access the virtual event space?

To create the virtual experience, the conference will be hosted using Pathable. We have sent all registrants daily invitation emails to join the platform starting October 13, 2020. If you registered for the conference but have not received an invite email, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

What will the virtual event space allow attendees to do?

Pathable is how attendees will join conference sessions. To make the most of your conference experience, you’ll also use the platform to create a public profile to share your organization, position title, interests, and browse the conference schedule and chose sessions to attend. You may also send personal messages to other attendees throughout the duration of the conference.

How can I connect with other attendees?

On our virtual venue Pathable, attendees will be able to create user profiles, add sessions to a personal, yet public facing schedule, engage in a particular session's chat before the session begins, and message each other within the Pathable platform. We also encourage you to join for any of the virtual networking sessions throughout the duration of the conference.

What should you do if you have technical issues during the conference?

Firstly, make sure you are connected to strong Wi-Fi, your speakers and sound are functioning prior to joining, and you do not have multiple large applications running during the sessions. Linked here is the Pathable customer service and technical assistance for further resources to consult if there are any issues that arise during sessions.

Will there be session recordings available following the conference? If so, where/when will they be available?

All sessions will be recorded and available for conference attendees on FSS Link shortly after the conference ends.

How can I connect with HUD at the Conference?

At this years conference we will have HUD "Office Hours". Will take place Thursday, October 22 from 1:00-3:00p EDT. You may schedule time with the program manager for either Public House or Multifamily programs. Office hours will take place outside of the Pathable platform.
